Samsung is a highly respected manufacturer and it is known especially for its mobile phones, displays and other electronic gadgets. When it comes to laptops most people don’t really want to think about buying a Samsung one. The problem is the fact that they don’t have the necessary experience in this kind of gadgets and maybe that is why not many have the courage to buy their laptops.

 

Today I will try to show you that you are wrong in not trusting Samsung when it comes to laptops. I’m not saying that this manufacturer produces flawless PC gadgets but they aren’t so bad either. So, I will present you Samsung Series 9 NP900X3A.

If it’s one thing Samsung are good at is making things pretty. Their designs are purely awesome. This thin, 13” laptop has all the requirements to enter a laptop beauty contest and classify among the top three. But this notebook is not all about looks. It has cutting-edge specifications also. It features a second generation i5-2537M processor with no less than two cores running at 1.4 GHz. This is backed up by a default of 4 GB of DDR3 RAM, but you have the possibility to upgrade to a total of 8 GB.

On such a classy laptop, anything other than a SSD for your secondary storage needs would be unsatisfactory. Thus, this model comes with a SSD with a total of 128 GB of space. This is a powerful computer, but it certainly is no gaming laptop. The video card option is clearly not a gamer’s favorite. You only have the option of the integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000. Don’t despair, though. The Intel graphics technology has really improved and even recent games may be playable on this one. You can gather more information about this here.

This is a portable laptop, so the battery life is a must. They don’t disappoint here either; the 6-cell Li-Ion battery can give you up to 7 hours of autonomy. Still, one disappointing thing about this one is the price. On amazon.com you have to pay no less than 1,525.70 USD for this model. It’s so high that I can barely even see it from down here. But as long as you can afford it, I strongly recommend this machine.
